探讨了对宽带薪酬的认识;介绍了宽带薪酬在分配中的运作。宽带薪酬设计是一项战略性的人力资源措施;在做好岗位分析和职责划分的基础上,根据医院的组织结构特点及工作性质选择适合运用宽带技术的职务或层级系列。
The article explores the understanding to broadband salary/remuneration and introduces the operation of broadband salary/remunerationin distribution system. Broadband salary/remuneration design is a strategic method for human resources; based on post analysis and duty description, broadbandtechnology is selected/applied in certain posts/series of layer according to the characteristics of the organization and nature of activities in the hospital.
