表皮生长因子和转化生长因子与消化系肿瘤

摘要表皮生长因子(Epidermal Growth Factor,EGF)最初从鼠颌下腺分离提纯,鼠EGF分子量约6040,由53个氨其酸组成,含有3个二硫键结构,人ECF主要由唾液腺,十二指肠腺和肾脏组织分泌,分子量约5700,结构与mEGF相似,可作用于同一受体。
