摘要
目的探讨出生3天内新生儿惊厥的电解质变化。方法收集1993~1994年我院新生儿室收治的出生3天内新生儿惊厥患儿65例。抽取静脉血,采用COBASMIRA生化分析仪进行电解质测定,并分别研究其胎龄、出生体重、母妊娠史和生产史、病因、CT扫描脑损伤分度与血电解质紊乱的关系及治疗效果。统计学处理采用卡方检验。结果低钠血症43.08%,低钙血症55.39%,高钾血症44.6%,酸中毒96.92%,CT扫描示重度脑损伤病例血钠,血钙下降者明显多于轻度病例(P<0.05)。结论出生3天内新生儿惊厥易于发生电解质紊乱,尤其是低钠血症,低钙血症,其发生与原发病密切相关。
Objective To reserch the change of electrolyte of neonate within 3 days with convulsion.Methods sixty five cases of convulsion in neonate within 3 days were coflected, who were hospitalized in 1993~1994. The venous blood was drawn and the electrQlyte was determinded with COBAS MIRA biochemistry analyer.Meanwhile, the gestational age, birth weight, pregnancy and dlivery history of their mother, cause of disease, the relationship between the gradation of brain injury showed by CT and the disorder of blood electrolyte and curative effects were studied respectively. The statistical analysis was carried out with chi-square test. Results In 65 neonate with covulsion,43. 08% cases had hyponatremia, 55. 39% hyperpotassaemia, 96.9% acidosis. The resulst of CT scanning revealed that there were more cases with hyponatremia or hypocalcemia in the group having serious brain injury than the group having lighter brain injury (P < 0.05)Conclusions The neonate within 3 days with convulsion is prone to occurrence disorders of electrolyte, especially hyponatremia and hypocalcemia, which is closely correlated with the essential deseases.
