摘要
目的已有对血管活性剂相互作用研究的报道,但对肺血管相互作用的研究甚少。本文旨在探讨5-羟色胺(5-HT)和去甲肾上腺素(NA)对肺内血管的相互作用及肺水肿等疾病的发病机制。方法采用豚鼠离体肺灌流的方法,观察5-HT和NA对肺灌流压的影响。结果5-HT除可引起肺灌流压增高外,其在0.1μmol/L沈度时即可明显加强NA增高肺灌流压的作用。5-HT,受体阻断剂ketanserin可阻断5-HT的这些作用。结论5-HT可加强NA对肺内血管的收缩作用;其加强作用和5-HT2受体有关。
Objective There have been many reports on the interaction of the vasoactive agents, but very few about the research on pulmonary vesscls. The aim of this study was to investigate the interaction of 5-hydroxytryptamine and noradrenaline(NA)on the intrapulmonary vessels and the pathogenesis of pu]monary edema and others. Method observing the effects of 5-HT and NA on the perfusion pressure with the method of isloated perfused Iungs in guinea-pig.Results The results show that 5-HT, in addition to causing the perfusion pressure increase,could potentiate the effect of increasing perfusion pressure induced by NA. Ketanserin, an antagonist of 5-HT2 serotonergic receptor, could block the effects of 5-HT.Conclusion 5-HT could potentiate the intrapulmonary vasoconstrictor response to NA.The potentiation of 5-HT to NA may be associated with 5-HT2 serotonergic receptor.
