摘要
研究目的探讨5-Fu术前应用对减少前列腺切除术中出血的效果.研究背景前列腺切除术中的主要步骤之一是血.目前的多种止血方法均不理想，因此需寻找一个安全、有效的止血方法。方法统计246例前列腺切除术病人，术前应用5-Fu组（161例）与对照组（85例）比较术中出血情况。结果应用5-Fu组术中出血量平均72ml，对照组术中出血量平均147m.术前定量应用5-Fu减少术中出血效果明显。无副作用。结论5-Fu可作为前列腺切除术前的常规用药，也可作为门诊治疗前列腺增生症的方法之一。
Objeotive To research for the hemostatic effect of the preoperative application 5-Fu on the intraoperative bleeding of prostatectomy.Background stopping bieeding is one of the main steps for prostatectomy. There have been no satisfactory methods to solve the problem up to now.The aim of present study is to seek an effective and safe way of stopping bleeding for prostatectomy.Methods in this study 246 patients with bnign prostatic hyper-trophy (BPH) were divided into two groups, study group (recieving 5-Fu i. V.preoperatively) in 161 patients and control group (not recieving 5-Fu) in 85 patients. Then the amounts of intraoperative bleeding were compared.Results The resuits show that the average amounts of intraoperative bleeding in study group and control group were 72ml and 147ml respectively.It was obviously that 5-Fu possess hemostatic effect for intraoperative bleeding when used preoperatively.No side effects were observed.Conclusion The 5-Fu can routineiy be used before prostatectomy, and it can also be used for the treatment of out patients With BPH.
