摘要
研究目的探讨治疗感染极管的有效方法。研究背景根管治疗的传统方法是采用多次法进行治疗。近年有人提出根管治疗术一次法治疗感染根管，文献报道较少。方法常规开髓后，彻底清理或扩大根管，用30％双氧水、生理盐水反复冲洗根管、吸干，碘仿糊剂充填根管。结果本组病例经治疗后痊愈289例、进步111例、失败11例，总有效率为97.3％。结论 根管治疗术一次法治疗感染根管，操作简便、疗程短，疗效优于传统的治疗方法。
objective To probe a effective method to treat the infected root canal.Background The traditionai treatment for infected canal adopted many times to deal with'it.The literatures in the subjeCt have a few report,though someone has put forward using only-time treatment for it.Method After cutting the puil as usual,thoroughly cleaning or enlanging the root canal, then washing the root canal with 3% hydrogen dioxide solution and normal saline. absorbing out wet and filling in the root canal with lodoform paste.Result This treatment has cured 289 cases,improved 111, and 11 cases are ineffecacy. The effective rate is 97.3% in all.Conclusion This only-time treatment for infected root canal is simple for operation. and short for treatment course. It's therapeutic effect are superior to the traditional treatment.
