摘要
分析和研究了用 30tEBT电弧炉 4 0tLFV精炼工艺冶炼Mn Cr、Cr Mo、Cr Ni Mo系等汽车用新型齿轮钢时 ,真空度、精炼渣、吹Ar工艺和 [Al]s对钢中氧含量的影响 ,得出真空度小于 10× 133Pa ,吹Ar 10 0~ 15 0L min ,精炼渣碱度 2 5~ 3 0 ,控制 [Al]s为 0 0 2 %~ 0 0 4 %时可以获得低氧含量。生产结果表明 ,Mn Cr系、Cr Mo系和Cr Ni Mo系齿轮钢氧含量为 (12~ 2 0 )× 10 - 6 。
The effect of vacuum, refining slag, argon stirring process and [Al]s on oxygen content in steel has been analyzed and studied in production of Mn-Cr, Cr-Mo and Cr-Ni-Mo series new type gear steels for car by 30 t EBT arc furnace- 40 t LFV refining process to get that it is available to obtain lower oxygen content in steel by the operation with vacuum less than 1.33 kPa, 100~150 L/min Ar stirring, refining slag basicity 2.5~3.0 and controlling [Al]s between 0.02% and 0.04%. The production results showed that the oxygen content in Mn-Cr, Cr-Mo and Cr-Ni-Mo series gear steels was between 12×10 -6 and 20×10 -6 up to standard requirement for oxygen content in new type gear steels for car.
