脑内不同部位胎鼠下丘脑移植物神经生物学研究

摘要 本实验将胎龄为15d胎鼠的下丘脑组织植入到成年Thy-1小鼠大脑皮质3,1,2区、侧脑室和丘脑内,移植30d后,取材,常规制备,光镜观察,结果为:在不同区域的下丘脑移植物中可见大、中、小3类神经元。大型神经元的尼氏体聚集在细胞边缘,胞浆中有未被染色的空白区。中型细胞内尼氏体含量多,核浆比小。小型细胞体积小,形状类似中型细胞。各种细胞突起明显可见。脑室内移植物发育最好,皮质内移植物发育最差。本文并对上述现象出现的原因进行了探讨。 5d fetal hypothalamus tissue was transplanted into the areas 3, 1,2 of carebral codex,latoral ventricle and thalamus of adult Thy-1mouse in our experiment;We made our preparations by 30dafter transplantation.There are large,middle and small neurons in the hypothalamus grafts of differ-ent peitions.The Nissl subetances in large cells were distributed peripheral and eytoplasmic colloidalinclusions are regarded as the neurosecretory product of these cells.The middle cells included a lot ofNissl substances and its nuclear-plasm ratio is small.Small cell is like the shape of middle one.Devel-opment of the cells in the grafts transplanted in lateral ventricle is very well,but in cerebral cortexlower.We discussed the principle of the phenomena in our results.
