摘要
我国商事登记制度能保证商事主体的公示性的稳定性,保障社会交易安全与商业秩序,但也存在一些不足,如实质审查流于形式,手续繁琐,缺乏灵活性与效益性,在实践中也出现了一些盲点。为了与国际接轨,需立法完善。
The commercial registration system in China can ensure the stability of the publicity of commercial subject, guarantee safety of social transactions and maintain commercial orders. There are some imperfections about the system like formality replacing substantial checkup, red tape, inflexibility and lack of profits. Some blind spots have emerged in practice. A law should be made to make this system complete and integrated into the international commercial practice.
