摘要
本研究采用免疫毒理学方法，观察了孕鼠染砷对仔鼠免疫功能的影响。结果显示，染砷各组新生仔鼠体砷含量明显增加；０．７５ｍｇＡｓ／ｋｇ剂量组仔鼠外周血淋巴细胞α－醋酸萘酯酶（ＡＮＡＥ）阳性率已显著降低，４．５０ｍｇＡｓ／ｋｇ剂量组仔鼠血清溶血素水平亦显著下降。说明砷可经母体作用于胚胎，影响胎儿出生后免疫功能的发育。

T-lymphocytes of theperipheral blood lowered greatly in the offspring of 0. 75mg/kg and
4.50mg/kg dosesroups and Serumhemolysin level also lowered significantly in the offspring of
4. 5 0mg/kg dose group.Those resultsdemonstrated that arsenic might effect on the
development of immune function of the offspring throughpregnant mice。
