摘要
介绍了11万t/a硫酸系统LD型电除尘器的结构、运行和改进情况,分析了烟气温度超温、烟气成分失控、电场压力变化等对电收尘器的影响,提出了针对性的控制措施,并根据实际情况对部分设备进行了改进。
This paper introduces the structure, operation and improvement of 110 kt/a LD electrical dust remover in sulfate system, analyzes the impacts of the over-temperature of the flue gas, the out-of-control of the constituents of the flue gas, and the changes of the pressure in the electrical field on electrical remover, puts forward some controlling measures, and makes improvement for a part of the equipment based on the actual situation.
