阐述了图书馆人本管理的实质,指出图书馆工作的新形势需要加强人本管理,提出了图书馆实行人本管理应采取的主要措施。
This paper expounds the crux of library's humanistic management, points out that the new situation of the library work needs strengthening the humanistic management, and puts forward some main measures for practicing the humanistic management in the library.
