摘要
论述了网络环境下图书馆信息资源和信息服务的特点,提出了网络环境对图书馆信息服务的要求以及对图书情报人员的基本素质要求。
This paper discusses on the features of library's information resources and information service under networking environment, and puts forward the requirements of the network environment for library's information service and for librarians' basic quality.
