摘要
在颜鸿森教授提出的机械装置的创造性设计方法基础之上,定义运动链的增杆和降杆操作的概念,提出相应的操作原则。运用改进的创造性设计方法对起重机电力液压块式制动器的工作原理和运动特性进行分析,归纳出拓扑关系,找出所有可行的一般化运动链图谱,并对其进行特定化产生若干种新的设计方案,为起重机的创新设计提供了参考。
Basea on the creative design methodology proposed by Prof. Yan Hong-sen, this paper defines the concept of adding links and subtracting links and puts forward the corresponding operation principle. This improved method is then applied to analyze the operation and kinematic characteristics of a electro - hydraulic block brake used in crane, conclude its topological relation, find all feasible generalized kinematic chain atlas, and thus obtain several innovative design concepts. The study provides reference for crane design.
