机械工业在科学与理性中调整步伐

摘要 作为装备部门，机械工业与国家重点工程开工的多少、国民经济各部门发展速度的快慢有着千丝万缕的联系，牵一发而动全身。超高速的发展使许多结构性的矛盾被掩盖、被忽略。目前，机械工业无论在产品结构还是企业组织结构、技术开发、管理、人才培养以及国企改革等方面都存在着不少急需解决的问题，但这些问题都被高需求、高速度淹没了，这是危险的。机械行业的发展趋势不会因为宏观调控而变化。
