摘要
为适应高等教育大众化的发展趋势,贯彻落实科学发展观,保障人才培养质量,优化高校教育管理工作,必须确立科学的学生工作质量观。高校学生工作质量观的建构要素包括:与时俱进的育人理念;多规格、多形式的人才培养模式;融品质、特长与能力为一体的人才培养目标;学生工作方法的更新。应用高校学生工作质量观的运作措施有:构建应用高校学生工作质量监控的二级运作模式;建立科学的学生工作质量评价体系;完善学生工作质量管理规章制度;建立学生工作质量的激励和约束机制;建设高素质学生工作质量监控评价管理队伍。
In order to be seasoned with the developing trend of the advanced education poularization, carrying out the scientific views of development, guaranteeing the quality of tarents' cultivation, optincizing the educational management in university, we should have a scientific view of the quality of managing students' affairs. The concept of quality of managing students' affairs at colleges consists of the cultivating ideas advaced with times, talents cultivating model of various forms, talents cultivating aims permeated with quality, speciality and ability and the innovation in methods of managing students' affairs. If we want to apply the quality concept of managing students' affairs. If we want to apply the quality concept of managing students' affairs effectively in practice, we need to establish a secondary operation model for supervising the quality of managing students' affairs in universities, set up a scientific evaluating system for the quality of managing students' affairs, optimize the managing rules and regulations of their quality, establish an encouraging and controlling mechanism of their quality and build up a high-qualified group in supervising, evaluating and managing students' affairs.
