摘要
人类基因组研究及应用,既具有“善”的价值,又具有“恶”的价值。因此,我们应当对人类基因组研究及应用进行伦理审视,确定人类基因组研究及应用的道德限度,使人类基因组研究及应用朝着给人类带来平等、健康和幸福的方向发展。而达到这个目的的关键则在于人类基因组研究者自身的道德责任感。
Human Genome research have both the value of good and the value of bad. Therefore, we should define its moral-limits by examining it closely so as to it serves the equality, health and well-being of mankind. The key to reach it is to lay emphasis on the moral-duty sense of the researchers of Human Genome.
