摘要
电力与经济的发展均受资源承载能力的制约 ;电力工业作为国民经济的基础性产业 ,其是否协调发展将直接影响整个国民经济的健康发展 ,也直接影响人民的生活水平和生活环境 ;安徽作为能源大省 ,电力工业必须从能源可持续发展战略的高度进行科学规划 ,以自身的可持续发展来支撑安徽省国民经济的可持续发展 ;安徽的电力工业应作为华东地区乃至全国的重大能源基地进行规划和建设 ,安徽的其他工业应走新型工业化道路 ;当前 ,安徽的电力建设应注意三个方面的问题 :一是电源结构及其布局应科学合理 ,要注意自身的可持续发展问题 ;二是要加大电网主网架的建设力度 ,避免出现局部窝电和受电困难 ;三是加强需求侧管理工作 。
Electricity and economic development is restricted by resource carring capacity. Whether power industry, as the basic industry of national economy, develops in harmony that will influence the whole national economy directly, influence the people's living standard and living environment directly too. According to the sustainable development strategy of energy, Anhui power industry must plan scientifically to support the sustainable development of the national economy in Anhui Province with its own sustainable development. Anhui power industry should carry on the planning and construction as East China and even national great energy base, and other industry of Anhui should take the new-type industrialized road. At present, we should pay attention to the questions of three respects in power construction of Anhui. Fristly, the structure of the power and overall arrangement should be rational and scientifically and pay attention to its own sustainable development problem. Secondly, the construction of main net shelves should be strengthened to avoid the difficulty of transmission electricity locally. Thirdly, demand side management should be strengthened to optimize the way of using the electricity and promote the optimization of the whole social resource distribution.
