电动助力转向系统电动机与减速机构的匹配研究 被引量:4

摘要 现在的电动助力转向系统都存在助力电动机和减速机构,而助力电动机的工作状况是复杂多变的,因此需要电动机和减速机构合理匹配才能够满足要求。在考虑汽车转向功能要求的情况下,通过分析电动助力转向系统的电动机电气参数和减速机构之间的关系,提出二者匹配的指标;依此为依据,探讨电动助力转向系统设计的程序,这对电动助力转向系统的开发具有指导意义。 All electric power-assist steering systems now have electric power-assist motor and reduction gear, and the motor must work in various conditions, so correct matching of them is necessary. The requirements of steering performance are considered, and an index is presented based on the analysis of the electric parameters of the motor and the reduction gear in electric power-assist steering system.According to the study result, the technical route of design process for electric power-assist steering system is discussed, which are useful for development of such system.
