摘要
介绍了设备运行监测及故障诊断专家系统的系统功能特点及系统的构成。系统采用工控计算机,数据采集卡,组态软件组成;故障诊断专家系统具有知识获取存储能力,诊断过程解释功能。系统实现了设备的实时监测,提高了故障分析能力。
A monitoring system for equipment and fault diagnosis expert system is introduced. The system is composed of industrial - control - computer, data - collect - card and configuration software. The fault diagnosis expert system is capability of knowledge gaining, function of explaining shooting process. It can greatly raise the efficiency of equipment trouble shooting.
