Study on Acquired Characters about SME's Credit Financing in China --Based On the Opinions of SME's Financial Managers in Suzhou

摘要在中国市场经济条件下,处于发展中的中小企业贷款融资难易程度如何?是否存在所有制偏好?外部环境对中小企业贷款融资影响程度如何?本文试图借助于问卷调查分析这一手段,选择一个特定地区进行局部性分析来回答这些问题。针对本文的研究对象发现:中小企业在发展过程中的信贷融资行为,既表现出与经典理论相符合的一面,同时也表现出一些鲜明的特点,其中较为突出的是“业绩融资偏好与信用偏好”。这些特点的表现,既有所有制结构自身的原因,也有中小企业融资的内、外部环境方面的原因。
