摘要
目的 探讨过渡细胞移行带在折返性心律失常发生及干预中的意义。方法 应用医学三维可视化软件,以体素重建法,结合光照处理技术,利用兔心房室间隔区连续组织切片,对近年来解剖学及组织学上发现的过渡细胞移行带进行图像三维重建。结果 直观显示了 4条过渡细胞移行带的空间走向及与周围组织的立体位置关系。结论 4条过渡细胞移行带均有可能成为慢径解剖学基础;射频消融打断的往往是几条过渡细胞移行带汇聚之处。
Objective To investigate the possible role of the transitional cell zones in the initiation and termination of atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT).Methods Horizontal serial sections of atrioventricular septum obtained from rabbit heart were stained with Masson trichrome stain, and three-dimensional images of transitional cell zones of atrioventricular septum were reconstructed by computer graphics. Results Three-dimensional images of four transitional cell zones were displayed distinctly.Conclusion All the four transitional cell zones could become the anatomic basis of slow pathway and the successful site of radiofrequency ablation often locates in the convergence of the four transitional cell zones.
