摘要
研究了数字电视转换编码中图像空间分辨率下变换和运动矢量重新利用等问题,并针对中国数字电视图像格式和编码方案提出了一种实现从HDTV到SDTV转换,重建的图像清晰度从原理上可达SDTV系统高清晰度电视的理论上限值,且无几何畸变。
This paper studies the key techniques of the DTV transcoding,such as spatial resolution downscaling and the MV composition, and performs a scheme of HDTV to SDTV transcoding according DTV picture format in China. According to our test results, this method can transcode HDTV programs to SDTV format with good quality, which has the same upper limit value of definition as SDTV system in theory and no geometrical distortion.
