TiO_2对共沉淀法制备Pd/Al_2O_3TiO_2催化活性的影响 被引量:7

摘要 文中采用共沉淀法制备了混合载体质量分数为 1%的Pd/Al2 O3 TiO2 催化剂 ,借助XRD和XPS对样品进行了表征 ,结果表明 :混合载体Al2 O3 TiO2 为无定形结构 ;TiO2 降低了Pd和Al2 O3的相互作用能力。将样品应用于C3H6选择催化还原NO反应 ,以NO转化率为活性评价指标对催化剂的活性进行了对比 ,发现TiO2 的含量对催化剂活性有显著影响 :随着TiO2 质量分数从 0增加至 5 0 %,催化剂活性迅速增加 ;TiO2 质量分数超过 5 0 %。 A series of 1% Pd/Al_2O_3 TiO_2 catalysts were prepared by co precipitation method. XRD and XPS were used for the catalysts characterization. The characterization results showed that the structure of Al_2O_3 TiO_2 was amorphous. TiO_2 reduced the combination energy between Pd and Al_2O_3. Samples were used for selective catalytic reduction of NO with C 3H 6 and the conversion of NO was taken as the factor for characterizing the catalytic activity. It is found that the content of TiO_2 has a prominent effect on the catalytic activity. As the content of TiO_2 is less than 50%, the catalytic activity is enhanced quickly. The growth of the catalytic activity takes on gradual tendency when the contents of TiO_2 are beyond 50 percent.
