摘要
本文介绍了近几年迅速发展的基于波形编辑的语音合成技术。文中简介了它的研究内容、基本算法，还介绍了用波形编辑方法实现的汉语文一语转换系统。
This paper describes speech synthesis technology based on waveform compilation. That is rapidly development. It's research content and basic algorithm PSOLA are introduced. In this paper, also introduces a Chinese Text--to--Speech system by waveform compilation.
