摘要
本文提出在计算机监控系统中实现时间控制器的设想，从而使监控系统具有类似人的时间追踪功能，并能自动判断系统在启动时或运行过程中数据、状态的继承还是清除。文中详细探讨了时间控制器在微机和单片机ＭＣＳ５１上的设计与实现。
The paper presents an idea of implementing time-controller in Supervisory Computer Control system(SCC),which gives SCC the time-tracking function as a man.Through the time-controller'working,SCC can make a decision autonomously whether the system's state and data should be inherited or cleaned when SCC starts or is running.The design and implement of time-controller in microcomputer such as IPC 386 and single-chip computer MCS51 also be discussed in this paper.
