摘要
原料摩尔配比为n(TiC)∶n(Ti)∶n(Si)∶n(Al) =2∶1∶1∶0 .2的起始混合粉料在 130 0~ 14 0 0℃和 30MPa压力下热压 2h制得高纯致密Ti3 SiC2 块体材料 .添加适量铝作助剂显著加快Ti3 SiC2 的反应合成 ,并使Ti3 SiC2 在 12 0 0℃下大量生成 ,能谱仪分析表明Al在材料中均匀分布 .所得Ti3 SiC2 颗粒为板状结晶形貌 ,平面内尺寸大小为 3~ 8μm .
Bulk Ti 3SiC 2 material with high purity and density was fabricated by the mixed powders with the composition of n (TiC)∶ n (Ti)∶ n (Si)∶ n (Al)=2∶1∶1∶0.2 in molar ratio, at the temperature of 1?300~ 1?400?℃ and the pressure of 30MPa for 2?h hot pressing. By studying X ray diffraction and scanning electron micrograph, it was showed that the appropriate addition of aluminum in the starting mixture accelerated the reaction synthesis of Ti 3SiC 2, causing the formation of Ti 3SiC 2 in great quantities at the temperature of 1?200?℃ . The EDS results show the uniform distribution of aluminum in the material. Ti 3SiC 2 obtained takes the shape of plane with the size 3~8?μm in elongated dimension.
