摘要
研究了SrO掺杂对Ba6-3xNd8+ 2xTi18O54晶体晶胞参数及陶瓷微波介电性能的影响 .研究表明 ,对于不同的x值 ,Sr取代Ba存在不同的极限值 ,当x =0 .5时 ,极限值为 0 .110 ;x =0 .6时 ,极限值为 0 .0 4 8;x =2 / 3时 ,极限值为 0 .2 0 0 .超过这一极限 ,Sr将取代Nd .正是由于Sr取代的离子不同 ,而使晶体的晶胞参数呈现不同的变化趋势 ,因而陶瓷的微波介电性能也会发生相应的变化 .
The effect of SrO dopant on the Ba 6-3 x Nd 8+2 x Ti 18 O 54 crystal parameters and microwave dielectric properties were studied. The result indicated that for the different x , different limits for Sr substituted for Ba existed. When x =0.5, 0.6 and 2/3, the limit values were respectively 0.110, 0.048 and 0.200. Above these limits Sr was substituted for Nd. Sr substituted for different ions, the crystal parameters showed different changes. These resulted in the changes of microwave dielectric properties of Ba 6-3 x Nd 8+2 x Ti 18 O 54 ceramics. When Sr substituted for Ba, the dielectric constant and resonant temperature coefficient increased with the Sr dopant, but when Sr substituted for Nd, they decreased with the increase of the Sr dopant.
