摘要
主要讨论了D001大孔阳离子交换树脂从胱氨酸母液中提取L-精氨酸的工艺流程及工艺条件。通过单因子实验,分别考察温度、pH、无机盐浓度(氯化钠和氯化铵)对L-精氨酸吸附率的影响;同时测定了25℃下吸附等温线、吸附动力学曲线。结果表明,吸附过程可在室温下进行;吸附的适宜pH为7-8;无机盐的存在导致吸附率迅速下降;25℃时,最大饱和吸附量约为136g/kg;平衡时间为40min。工艺最终提取率达到80%以上。
The technology and condition of extraction of L-arginine by D001 macropore cation exchange resin from solution for Lysine production were studied in this paper. Through the experiments of single factor, the effects of temperature, pH value, the concentrations of NaCI and NH4CI on the adsorption of L-arginine were determined; its adsorption isotherm and kinetic curve at 25℃ were also measured. The results show that adsorption could be operated at room temperature, the proper pH value is between 7 and 8 during adsorption, the adsorption rates were decreasing rapidly under the existence of inorganic salts, the maximum absorbance at 25℃ is 136g/kg, the equilibrium time is 40 minutes. The extraction yield of L-arginine of the process is higher than 80%.
