三元反相微乳液共聚的研究

摘要 研究了以煤油为连续相、MOA-3和OP-10为复合乳化剂 过硫酸钾-亚硫酸氧钠为氧化还原引发剂引发体系所进行的丙烯酰胺(AM)和丙烯酸钠(SA)以及第三单体的反相微乳液共聚反应 在单体浓度为50%-65% 引发剂浓度在:0.01%-0.04%、乳化剂的浓度在20%-35%和聚合温度存30℃和低转化率情况下得到的共聚合反应动力学方程为:Rp∝ [M]1.15 [I]0.22[E]0.52 还考察了温度对聚合速率的影响,计算得到反应活化能为30.36 The reversed phase micro emulsion copolymerization reaction of AM , SA and the third monomer was studied with gasoline as continuous phase , MOA-3 and OP -10 as compound emulsifier and potassium persulfate -soldium bisulfite as redox system. The copolymerization dynamic equation was concluded as: Rp∝[M1.15[I]0.22[E]0.52 under the conditions of monomer concentration 50% - 65% , initiator concentration 0.01% - 0.04% , emulsifier concentration 20% - 35% , polymerizing temperature 30℃ and low conversion rate. The effect of temperature on polymerizing velocity was also studied , and the energy of activation was calculated as 30. 36 kJ/mol.
