摘要
对42CrMo钢齿轮轴调质处理后出现的纵向裂纹进行了较详尽的分析,确定其开裂原因主要是由于锻造温度过高、时间过长,在晶界处发生了选择性氧化而导致晶界脆化所引起的。
After quenching and tempering treatment, the vertical cracks of 42CrMo steel gear-axle were analyzed in detail. The results show that cracking reason is due to selective oxidation on grain boundary,which is caused by over-temperature and overtime heating of forging.
