摘要
目的 :探讨过敏性紫癜 (HSP)患儿的免疫功能。方法 :白细胞介素 - 2、T淋巴细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白和补体C3 分别采用MTT、APAAP、单向琼脂扩散法和火箭电泳法。结果 :与对照组比较 ,HSP患儿IL 2活性 ,CD4百分率及C4/CD8比值均明显降低 (P <0 0 1) ,而CD8百分率和IgA、IgG水平均明显升高 (P <0 0 1) ,IgM水平无明显变化 (P >0 0 5 )。结论
Objective:To study the immune function in children patients with HSP.Methods:Activities of IL-2,T lymphocyte subsets,immunioglobin(Ig)and complement 3(C3)were assayed by MTT,APAAP,single agar diffusion test and rocket electrophoresis test,respectively.Results:Compared with that in control group,the activity of IL-2,content of CD 4 and ratio of CD 4/CD 8 in patients with HSP were all significantly decreased(P<0.01)but content of CD 8 and level of IgA and IgG were increased(P<0.01).No significant changes of IgM level were observed(P>0.05)。Conclusion:The immune function in children patients with HSP is in disorder.
