摘要
目的 :建立测定盐酸异丙嗪片中盐酸异丙嗪含量的方法。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法。结果 :盐酸异丙嗪在 5～ 10 0 μg/ml浓度范围内线性良好 ,r =0 9997,平均回收率为 99 9% ,RSD为 0 95%。 结论 :此法方法简便 ,结果准确 。
Objective:Determination of promethazine hydrochiori de tablet was developed in this paper.Methbds:The concentration of promethazine hy dr ochloride was determined by HPLC.Results:The linear range was 5～100μg.ml - 1 (r=0 9997),recovery was 99.9%,RSD was 0.95%.Conclusion:The assay of promet hazine hydrochloride tablet was developed.The analytical method was simple,accur ate and sensitive.
