摘要
本文以地理信息系统系列工具软件为开发平台,采用先进的计算机数据库管理技术和可视化技术,设计了城市防震减灾信息系统,为政府部门进行城市震前、震时、震后的科学管理提供有力的辅助工具,为提高城市综合防震能力提供有效手段。文章采用了系统化设计思想,阐述了城市防震减灾信息系统的组成及其功能,并详细介绍了基础数据库的构建过程。
In this paper, the urban seismic prevention and disaster mitigation information system is established based on the software as GIS, the technology of advanced computer database administration and the computer language. The goal of the system is providing the government departments with a useful assistant tool to manage the data of seismic and disaster scientifically, and with an effective method for improving urban integrative seismic prevention. With the systematic design idea, the paper describes the composing and the function of the urban seismic prevention and disaster mitigation information system. Furthermore, the establishment of basic database is introduced in detail.
