摘要
本文研究了C、Si、Cr、Mo等元素对高锰钢堆焊金属抗热裂纹能力的影响,认为Si是影响堆焊金属产生热裂纹的主要元素,Si在晶界偏析促使碳化物析出,Si含量须控制在0.15%以下;C不产生明显偏析,但为碳化物析出准备了条件,为防止热裂纹产生,较高的含C量须与其它元素适当配合;Cr、Mo两元素适当配合对堆焊金属抗热裂纹能力不产生有害影响.
The effect of alloy elements in high mangantse steel weld metal on segregation and precipitation has been investigated. There will be a strong tendency for the silicon atoms to segregate to interface and promote precipitation of carbides.. the silicon content must be lower than 0. 15 % wt; there wuill be no prominent tendenly for the carbon atoms to segregate to interface, but, inorder to prevent hot crack, the carbon content should be fitted well wift content of other elements; Cr.Mo have no harm effect on resistance to hot cracking when the chromium confent is fitted well with the molybodenum content.
