摘要
通信技术的发展带动了高线性射频放大器的需求,改善线性的方法通常有功率回退法、反馈法、前馈法和预失真法。预失真法与其它方法相比有其自身的优点而受到设计人员的青睐。文中设计了一种反向并联二极管结构的预失真器,并同时采用复增益控制调节器对Agilent公司的放大器ATF34143进行预失真线性化仿真。仿真结果表明在1.9GHz频段,三阶互调失真减小了45dBc。
The development of communication technology has created a more demand of high-linearity RF amplifier .Usually power back off ,feedback, feedforward and predistortion are used to improve linearity of amplifier and predistortion is welcome for its many virtues . We have developed an anti-parallel diode-based predistorter and used complex gain control adjustor to linearize ATF34143 ,a amplifier manufactured by Agilent Technologies,Inc.The result of simulation experiments shows that the odd-order intermodulation distortions (IMDS) are cancelled to a great extent ,especially the third intermodulation (IM3) reaching 45dBc .
