摘要
研究了垃圾焚烧工况对重金属在底渣与飞灰中分布的影响.研究结果表明垃圾焚烧过程中重金属铅、锌、铬、镍的分布与焚烧工况之间存在着密切的关系,锌和铅多存在于飞灰和气相中,镍和铬在底渣中比较容易存在.垃圾焚烧中添加碳酸钙能改变重金属的分布,使更多的重金属铅、镍、铬由飞灰或气相中往底渣中转移.垃圾中水分和氯也对重金属的分布存在影响,在高温焚烧条件下水能与重金属化合物发生作用,引起物质转变,导致更多的重金属由飞灰和气相往底渣转移;而氯却使重金属更易向飞灰或气相中迁移.
The paper reported characteristies of distribution of some heavy metals in the bottom residues and the fly ashes during the waste incineration in a rotary incinerator.The results demonstrated that the distribution of the heavy metals Pb,Zn,Cr,and Ni is dependent on the various incineration conditions.More zinc and lead were kept in the fy ashes and fumes while more Pb and Zn were retained in the bottom residues.Addition of CaCO_3 in waste could make more Pb,Ni and Cr transfer from fly ashes to bottom residues during the waste incineration.Furthermore,the distribution of heavy metals was also influenced by the moisture and chlorine during the incineration of waste at high temperatures.The moisture can react with heavy metal compounds,which results in the transfer of more heavy metals from fly ashes and fume to bottom residues.However,which results in the transfer of more heavy metals from fly ashes and fume to bottom residues.However,chlorine reacts with those metals to form metal chlorides,which may be more easily evaporated into fly ashes or fumes.
