摘要
目的 探讨高眼压下行青光眼复合式小梁切除术的疗效。方法 对 33例 (33只眼 )应用药物不能控制眼压的青光眼患者 ,采取术中先缓慢降压的方法 ,进行复合式小梁切除术。结果 术后视力提高 2 0只眼 ,占 6 0 .6 1% ,视力不变 8只眼 ,占 2 4 .2 4 % ;术后眼压控制≤ 2 1mm Hg2 1只眼 ,占 6 6 .6 7% ,局部用药可控制者 9只眼 ,占2 7.2 7%。结论 对药物不能有效控制眼压的青光眼患者 ,在高眼压下采取必要措施 ,进行复合式小梁切除术是可行的。
Objective To evaluate the effect of combined trabeculectomy in high intraocular pressure. Methods The combined trabeculectomy was performed on thirty-tree cases(33 eyes) uncontrolled intraocular pressure with drug. Before operation try to depress ocular tension . During operation make the aqueous humor to flow out slowly. Results After a month of operation, the visual acuity improved obviously in 20 eyes(60.61%), visual acuity remained unchange in 8 eyes(24.24%). The ocular tension of 21 eyes was less than 21mmHg(66.67%); after using part medicine ocular tension of 9 eyes was controlled.Conclusion The combined trabeculectomy may be a good alternative in treating glaucoma of uncontrolled intraocular pressure with drug.
