摘要 肿瘤 睾丸抗原(CTA)是一类可在多种肿瘤组织中表达,而在睾丸以外的其他正常组织中几乎不表达的抗原,正因为其表达特点,CTA成为近 10年肿瘤抗原研究的一大热点。现从CTA基因定位、蛋白功能、mRNA与蛋白水平的表达、免疫原性以及临床应用等方面作一综述。
