摘要
目的 :探讨肾上腺皮质癌容易出现误诊的原因及诊治方法。方法 :报道误诊为原发性肝癌的肾上腺皮质癌1例 ,结合文献对肾上腺皮质癌发生定位、定性误诊的因素进行综合分析。结果 :巨大肿瘤造成周围器官受压变形移位 ,加之穿刺活检组织量少且混有周围组织器官成分 ,导致本病例的诊断错误 ,此后经手术切除治疗 ,病理检查明确诊断。结论 :巨大肾上腺皮质癌较易发生定位、定性误诊 ,多种影像学检查的综合分析有助于减少误诊的出现。根治性手术切除是唯一的有效治疗方法。
Objective:To investigate the cause of misdiagnosis and the diagnosis and treatment of adrenocortical carcinoma.Methods:One case of adrenocortical carcinoma misdiagnosed as primary liver carcinoma was reported, and the causes of misdiagnosis were discussed.Results:The huge tumor caused deformity and shift in location of its surrounding organs, and the punctured tumor tissue was mingled with surrounding tissue ,which led to misdiagnosis.Conclusion:Multiple imaging examinations were very helpful for reducing misdiagnosis. Prompt radical adrenolectomy was the only effective treatment.
