甘春20号高产优质栽培因子优化组合研究初探 被引量:4

摘要 在河西灌区以春小麦品种甘春20号为试验材料,采用通用旋转回归设计,设置播量、纯氮、P2O5用量3因素5水平,研究不同处理对春小麦产量、籽粒蛋白质含量、沉淀值、干、湿面筋含量、水分含量的影响。结果表明,在播量为593.4万粒/hm2、纯氮190.5~204.6kg/hm2和P2O5为105kg/hm2的栽培组合条件下,甘春20号籽粒产量可达7747.5kg/hm2,籽粒蛋白质含量为15.9%,湿面筋含量为39%~43%,干面筋含量14%~16%。此时蛋白质产量为1228.5kg/hm2,达到最高值。采用蛋白质产量为指标能较好地协调籽粒产量和蛋白质含量的矛盾。本品种的沉淀值、面筋膨胀体积、籽粒水分含量与栽培因素无关,而氮肥利用率较低,播种量偏大,建议在肥料使用上,应以降低播量、稳定磷肥用量、提高氮肥利用效率为原则。 Experimental data showed that under moderate soil fertility conditions in Hexi Irrigation area, the best culture pattern was: nitrogen 190.5~204.6 kg/hm^2, P_2O_5 105 kg/hm^2, sowing density 593.4×10~4 seeds/hm^2. With the combination of those factors, the grain yield could reach 7 747.5 (kg/hm^2), (protein) content 15.9%, (protein) yield 1 228.5 kg/hm^2. Under the culture conditions of the (experiment), the SDS-sedimentation volume, gluten swelling volume and water-holding capacity were not correlated to the culture factors. The effect of (nitrogen) on grain yield and quality was most (significant). From the (experiment), it could be found that the base phosphate of irrigation plains was utilized in high level while (nitrogen) was utilized less effectively. It suggested that the rate of phosphate should be stabilized and the utilizing efficiency of (nitrogen) should be improved and the sowing rate sould be lowered.
