可靠性验证试验是衡量设备设计质量水平的有效手段。本文通过实例介绍电子设备可靠性验证试验的理论和方法，该方法将定时截尾和序贯截尾的优势结合起来，具有可操作性、实用性和可行性。
Reliability demonstration testing is an effective way to assess the quality level of the equipment design,This paper presents the theory and a method for electronic equipment reliability demonstration testing by a practical example.This testing method,which combines the merits of fixed-length test with the merits of probability ratio sequential test,is operable,practicable and feas-ible.
