摘要
在室内条件下,柑桔大实蝇呈现较强的抗寒能力;在0℃条件下,少数幼虫可成活29天,多数可成活20天以上;在3℃以上时,幼虫死亡率仅为3%~7%,93%以上的幼虫能完成化蛹。蛹的抗寒能力较幼虫弱,在3℃处理30天,蛹全部死亡;6℃处理30天,26.6%的蛹能羽化。柑桔大实蝇滞育性强,以蛹为滞育虫态;6℃处理30天即可解除滞育。
Tetradacus citri Chen was found to possess relatively strong resistance to cold.At 0℃,a fewlavae remained alive for 29 days whereas the majority of the lavae treated remained alive for morethan 2 0 days.At 3℃ or higher temperature,the mortality of lavae ranged from 3% to 7%,andmost of them were able to complete pupation.Cold-resistance of pupae appeared to be lower thanthat of larvae.When subjected to 3℃ for 30 days,all the pupae died.In the treatment of 6℃ for 30days,26.6%of the pupae completed emergence.The insect showed a strong diapause in the form ofpupae.A 6℃ treatment for 30 days could relieve diapause.
