摘要
目的 探讨先天性肝囊肿的治疗方法及其效果。方法 回顾性分析我院自 1999年 1月至 2 0 0 4年 1月收治的 196例先天性肝囊肿患者的临床资料。结果 注射无水乙醇治疗 73例 :出现并发症 3例 (4 %) ,复发 6例 (8%)。开腹手术 64例 :无并发症发生 ,复发 1例 (1 5 %)。腹腔镜手术 5 8例 :出现并发症 1例 (1 5 %) ,复发 2例 (3 %)。 1例行原位肝移植术 ,术后 2年仍存活。结论 先天性肝囊肿的治疗方法包括 :注射硬化剂 (无水乙醇 )疗法、开腹手术、腹腔镜手术、肝移植术。临床上应根据患者的具体情况选择合适的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate method of therapy in patients with symptomatic congenital cyst of liver.Methods One hundred ninty-six cases of congenital cyst of liver admitted from Jan.1999 to Jan.2004 were reviewed retrospectively.Results In jection of ethanol(73 cases):complication 3 cases(4%),recurrence 6 cases,(8%).Open suegery(64cases):no complication,recurrence 1 cases,1.5%).Laparoscopic surgery(58cases):complication 1 cases(1.5%) recurrence 2 cases(3%).One patient was treated with liver transplatation.Conclusion Methods of therapy for congenital cyst of liver include:in jection of ethanol into the cyst cavity,open suegery,laparoscopic surgery liver transplantation.We should excerpt suitable methed for patients.
