摘要
本文通过对料球的各物理参数的测定，分析了影响料球物理性能的因素，讨论了黑生料球的收缩机理，阐明了保证料球质量的重要性。
Tmis paper analysis the influential factors on meal ball physical properties and discusses theShrinkage mechanism of black meal ball by measuring all kinds of the ball physical parameters. Itshows the importance to ensure the quality of black meal ball.
