摘要
在软土地区，由于稳定性要求，经常用分级加载的施工方法，本文从理论上阐述了用固结不排水参数进行分析的必要性，并对简化Ｂｉｓｈｏｐ法进行修正，用于稳定性分析，实例表明，本法是可行的。
In soft soil area,sfaged loading is ushally used because of the stability demand.The mecessity of using consolidated-undrainde parameters is discussed theoretically in this artical,and the simplified Bishop method is modified for stability analysis.Engineering esamples show that this method is possible.
