摘要
本文采用行为法研究了乌贼在各种光场下的趋光特性。结果表明，光对乌贼的刺激起决定作用的是光的强度而不是颜色。乌贼喜欢停留在光强较弱，变化梯度较小的光区。强光下乌贼较为活跃，弱光下较为稳定。产卵后期，乌贼的趋光特性截然不同，转为趋强光类型。对蓝、绿光有较好的趋光作用，红光有较好的稳定作用。
Tests of Cuttlefish's phototatic reaction in various color lights and its distribution under vertical lighting were carried out. The following results were obtained: 1. The main factor of Cuttlefish's phototatic reaction is the light strength, not the color of light. 2. Cuttlefish likes to stay in the area where the light intensity is lower and the gradieut of light inteusity is smaller. 3. Cuttlefish becomes steadier in low light intensity and more active in high light intensity during light period. 4. After spawning, Cwttlefish likes to stay in the area of high light intensity. 5. A better phototaxis in green light and more stability in red light are showed.
