摘要
在温度控制条件下研究了绵阳11号和绵阳15号小麦对条锈病的抗病性。供试品种成株期抗锈性比苗期有所增强,在14~21℃范围内,随温度升高病斑坏死趋于明显,夏孢子堆长径减小,反应型降低。低温条件下苗期在锈性组份比较表明:绵阳11号产孢期和产孢量显著较高,表现出感病品种的特点。
The resistance of Mianyang 11 and 15 to stripe rust was evaluated under controlled tem-perature condition. Results showed that their resistance in adult stage was much strogerthan in seedling stage. Lower scales of rust infection type with severer necrosis and smalleruredium were found to be followed by the increase of temperature in the range of 14℃to21℃。Component analysis of slow rusting under low temperature showed that seedling of Mi-anyang 11 was suscepteble to stripe rust,on which rust sporulating period was longer andsporulation capacity was stronger.
