摘要
冬小麦灌浆期间,籽粒中TAA呈“V”型变化,低谷出现在开花后第20~28d;随施N量增加,TAA亦增加,但“V”型的峰谷趋于平缓。灌浆期间籽粒中的EAA呈平缓下降状态,其干重含量从30g/kg下降到23g/kg;增施N肥可提高EAA总量,但对各种EAA的增长幅度不同,对Thr,Lys,Met,Leu,Phe的调节幅度大,对lleu的调节幅度小。施N肥对TAA和EAA调节作用的大小随品种而不同,小偃6号显著大于小偃107。
In the filling stage of winter wheat,TAA in grains changes in “V”shape. Its valley appears to be 20 to 28 days after the blossom. TAA increases with N in-crease.“V”peak and valley tend to become smooth. In the filling stage, EAA in grainsdecreases gently when its contents change at the rate of 30g to 23g per KG. Increasing Nwill effectively promote the whole contents of EAA. But,the increasing rate in contentsdiffers with every kind of EAA. To Thr,Lys,Met,Lea and Phe,the rate is high,but toIlea,the rate is low. The effect of N application to TAA and EAAdiffers with differentkinds of wheat varieties.
