摘要
从惯性激振载荷、运动副动反力等多项动力性能指标入手,提出了一种用附加质量平衡平面四杆机构的多指标综合优化平衡方法—协调曲线平衡法.它是在整个设计空间,按各自目标函数的等值面来产生多目标优化设计的最优方案.这种方法对于解决综合平衡技术中相互冲突的多项动力特性指标的协调解问题效果显著,最后通过一个实例分析验证了这一方法.
method named 'Balancing Method of Trade-Off Curres'is presented in the paper,according to which supplementary mass is employed to balance the inertia vibrating loads and dynamic reaction of the planar four-bar Linkages.This method can be used to solve trade off design problems of multiple contraditory dynamic characteritics in optimum synthetical balance with desirable results.
